各位哥倫比亞大學同學會會員暨校友，大家好。

Dear Fellow Members and Columbia Alumni,

本年度最重要的盛事——會員大會，即將於 2026 年 11 月 7 日（週六）晚間 6 點，於大直茹絲葵餐廳（地址：臺北市中山區金泰里樂群三路 301 號 3 樓）舉行，並將依據本會章程第十二條之規定，舉行第十三屆理事 15 人與監事 5 人之選舉，歡迎所有會員暨校友踴躍參加。

The highlight of this year — our Annual General Meeting (hereinafter referred to as “AGM”) — will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at Ruth's Chris Steak House Dazhi (3F, No. 301, Lequn 3rd Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei). Pursuant to Article 12 of Columbia Alumni Taiwan (“CATW”)'s Articles of Association, the AGM will include the election of 15 Directors and 5 Supervisors for the 13th Term. All members and alumni are warmly invited to attend.

所有本會會員，均歡迎向本會理事會提名第十三屆之理事與監事候選人。提名時請檢附以下文件：

All members are welcome to nominate candidates for Director or Supervisor of the 13th Term. Nominations must be accompanied by the following documents:

(1) 候選人為美國紐約市哥倫比亞大學（下稱「哥倫比亞大學」）正式註冊就讀、任教或受聘研究工作之相關佐證文件；

(1) Documentary evidence confirming the candidate's enrollment as a student, appointment as faculty, or engagement as a researcher at Columbia University in the City of New York, United States of America (hereinafter referred to as “Columbia University”);

(2) 兩位本會會員之推薦函；

(2) Letters of recommendation from two CATW members; and

(3) 候選人親簽之願任同意書（如附件）。

(3) A signed Declaration of Willingness to Serve (form attached).

Please submit all documents (with the signed Declaration scanned) by October 15, 2026, to the CATW's official email: [email protected]

本會審核候選人資格後，將於會員大會採取無記名連記法票選。會員大會現場將發放選票予已繳納會費之會員（符合會員資格者可於現場繳費）。歡迎會員踴躍參與，持續為哥倫比亞大學同學會注入更多活力！

Following verification of eligibility, voting will be conducted at the AGM by secret ballot using the multiple-vote method. Ballots will be distributed to members who have paid their dues (eligible members may pay dues on-site). We warmly encourage your active participation to bring continued energy and vitality to CATW!

（註1）本會章程會員定義：凡中華民國國民或居住於中華民國台澎金馬地區，曾在哥倫比亞大學正式註冊就讀或任教、或受聘作研究工作，贊同本會宗旨者，填具入會申請書，經審查通過，繳交會費後，得為本會會員。

(Note 1) Membership eligibility: Any citizen of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or resident of the Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu area who has formally enrolled, taught, or been engaged as a researcher at Columbia University, endorses the purposes of CATW, and has submitted a membership application that has been approved and paid membership dues, may become a member.

（註2）本會過往會費之繳納，均含括於年度晚宴（Annual Dinner）之餐費與報名費中，因此第十二屆任期中曾參與本會年度會員大會暨晚宴者，均具有提名、選舉或被選舉之資格。提名之會員與被提名之會員，請註明係於 2024–2025 何年參與年度之會員大會暨晚宴，俾便核對會員資格。

(Note 2) In prior terms, membership dues have been collected as part of the registration and meal fee for the Annual Dinner. Accordingly, members who attended the AGM and Annual Dinner during the 12th Term are eligible to nominate or be nominated. Both nominating and nominated members should indicate the year (2024 or 2025) in which they attended the AGM and Annual Dinner, to facilitate verification of membership eligibility.

（註3）本次提名作業經 2026 年第十二屆第 3 次理監事會議通過後實施。

(Note 3) This nomination procedure was approved and adopted at the 3rd Meeting of the 12th Term Board of Directors and Supervisors held in 2026.
